4. When I order the canvas roof with my dog run, does it include the necessary bars to support it?

Yes! The bars are included with your order and are easy as a snap to install. The canvas roof is very durable and can easily withstand bad weather and other elements; keeping your dog safe and happy.

 

 

 

5. What is the best way to order my dog kennel or dog run?

We provide you with multiple ways to order:

Internet order: Click on an "add to cart" button beneath the product you would like to order on our web site, then follow the online instructions to complete your order.

(A major credit card is required for this option.)

Phone order: Call our Customer Service/Order line toll free 1-801-621-4024 (Monday -Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Mountain Standard Time).  (Personal checks are also accepted, however, orders will not ship until the personal check clears which usually takes 5-8 days.)

 

 

6. Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

 

 

7. Do you charge sales tax?

Yes we charge sales tax unless you present us with a tax exempt form before time of purchase.

 

 

8. What is the warranty policy on a K9 Kennel dog run?

9. How do I know what size of dog Kennel I need to buy for my dog? 

The size you buy depends entirely on how large your dog is. For smaller breeds our 6' x 6' kennel is sufficient. A dog kennel should be large enough for the dog to walk comfortably around for exercise.  A good rule of thumb is to make your new dog run at least 8' x 8' feet wide, this is sufficient space for even the largest dog to stretch his legs, but small enough that it won't swallow up the majority of your yard either. For Large dogs 6' x 12' is recommended.

 

 

10. How Do I keep my dog from digging under his dog kennel?

K9 Kennels Store has invented a Digging Prevention System for dog runs. This prevents a dog from digging directly under the dog kennel and escaping.
