All custom kennels are final. Once a custom kennel order is placed and paid for all sales are final. No return or refunds except in cases of shipping damage. All custom kennels are created at customers request, to customers specifications and may not be compatable with the rest of our systems or accessories. All custom kennels must be paid in full before manufacturing begins. All custom kennels come with our one year manufacturer's warranty.
